Shipping Infomation & EU Customers

We try to keep things simple - we don't aim to make anything on shipping, simply cover our costs of post and packaging .

Whilst we could work on some bundles packages to include free shipping where we can, there are so many variations that it's easier for us to be clear and up front with these guidlelines and just get you the best value we can :

UK dispatch - we will offer 2nd Class postage of small items via Royal Mail . Over the years we've found them 99% super reliable. We will show proof of posting as this does then show us when something is delivered.  Any loss is not our responsibility or obligation to replace but we will aim to help.

Where affordable, we really therefore recommend  selecting the "Tracked 48" option.  

On the bigger packages we will automatically send 48hr Tracked as it's really good value and less problem with the allowed weights.

EU Customers  Please note :  We do not charge VAT on overseas orders However, at the moment we are not registered for IOSS shipping under EU regulations, so  any import or tax charges made by the customs authority will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay as necessary for their country .

You may prefer to purchase via our Etsy site where VAT is pre-paid and we ship using their account details :

International dispatch - we always send packages Tracked for overseas. We've shipped Ebay items for years around the world with no issues. The system we've set up in our website should automatically build you the best package for the weight allowance in most countries.

If in any doubt  or to double-check, please do contact us and always look at purchasing a bundle of items - we will then help build the best value package for your destination balancing weight versus minimum cost .

We will add here some more guidance for popular destinations when we can but if the system does not offer a shipping option for your country and/or size of package, then drop us an email and we'll offer the best package we can .

Also Please Note : All items will be carefully packaged and posted in the condition as per the photos  but damage can sometimes occur in transit. We are not responsible for that but please contact us  and we will try to resolve any issues before listing negative feedback anywhere.
