28mm scale pewter  (Reconquer Designs) 

This is our  version of Bertrand du Guesclin on foot.  Nicknamed "The Eagle of Brittany" or "The Black Dog of Brocéliande", he was a Breton knight and an important military commander on the French side during the Hundred Years War 

He can lead our HYW dismounted Knights listed separately,  or be used as a generic Knight or Commander  alongside our  other 14th Century figures we have available. 

He comes with a separate axe, sword or hammer weapon hand as well as  a couple of resin visors  to help personalise one or more of  this figure to your preference.       

His Heater shield  (11 x 13mm)  fits the range of Heater decals now available  through our co-operation with Heraldic Studios.  They are  offered as an optional add-on here - just  select the codes seen in the accompanying photos  -  or see the full range of Decals available here : DECALS

He also comes with separate scabbard  that gives the opportunity to individualise the figure -simply lleave on or clip off the hilt, depending on the chosen weapon hand. 

Weapon hand,  shield, helmet visors and scabbard require gluing in place .

NB 1 !! : You are buying the unpainted bare metal items as shown in the actual product photo ... they do NOT come with bases

NB 2 !! : Due to the nature of metal casting, finally assembly may require superglue and probably a small file for making parts fit neatly etc ..... (we say this as standard but the weapon hand fits quite well with a peg and hole connection)
